YMCA of Austin Super Child Watch 


The YMCA of Austin is offering free, full-day child care for Y members and staff as well as families in Extend-A-Care Y afterschool and preschool programs. Open to kids ages 4-12. 

Masks must be worn at all times in YMCA of Austin facilities.

Children must bring their own drinking water for the day, morning snack, and lunch. The Y will provide limited snack items in the afternoons and following mornings.

Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to capacity limits due to COVID-19 safety restrictions. Please allow time to complete a short child information form at drop-off.

TownLake YMCA – 1100 W. Cesar Chavez St. Monday – Thursday, 8am – 7pm Friday, 8am – 6pm, Phone: 512-542-9622 FREE of charge for:

  • Children of YMCA of Austin members
  • Children of YMCA of Austin staff
  • Children enrolled in Extend-A-Care YMCA Afterschool and Preschool programs
