Teen Fit Camp

Teen Fit Camp is a new, small group training class for Y members from ages 10 to 18 to support their full body, all-around fitness. In a supportive environment, teens & preteens will learn how to train safely and effectively. Whether new to fitness, or an athlete looking for cross-training, this small group class will meet your teen or pre-teen where they are, and help them reach their goals and build the skills and foundation for a lifelong, healthy lifestyle.

Two class days are are available, you can sign up for one or both:

Wednesdays 6-7pm

Saturdays 9:30-10:30am
