New Small Group Fitness Classes

G.A.L. Toning

In G.A.L. Toning class, you’ll increase muscle in your Glutes, tighten up your Abs, and tone your Legs! This class is focused on getting your bottom half in tip-top shape! As always, this small-group atmosphere guarantees individualized attention from instructor/trained fitness professional, Liz, and a tight-knit community that will keep you feeling supported and coming back for more! This class is geared toward individuals who identify as women.

Two class times are available; sign up for one or both:

Saturday 10:30-11:30

Monday/Wednesday 7-8am


Functional Training

Functional Training is a new, small-group, specialty training class that focuses on practical training that will help your body excel in your daily life activities.

Whether you’re a desk-jockey stuck in front of a computer all day, a runner who wants to prevent injury, or a parent who wants to safely pick up your ever-growing child, this class can help you!

This is a full-body training class that will get you comfortable and confident with using kettlebells, sandbags, compound movements, and more!

Class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30pm with certified fitness professional, Christian.
