Tell us about your philosophy about training and working out?

Working out is about more than just how you look, it’s about taking time out of each day to take care of yourself. It’s a simple, tangible way to challenge yourself to be better than you were the day before.

Tell us about your approach to training others?

Depending on the client’s preference, I really like to communicate and meet people where they are and make sure that we work together towards their goals. That way, we can really narrow down a program that works best for them. I think it’s important to keep the communication ongoing, so the training can change as goals are met or additional goals are made.

Describe any populations you particularly like to work with, have a lot of experience with or knowledge around. (i.e. cancer survivors, teens, marathon runners, etc.)

Women looking to build or rebuild foundational strength training knowledge People needing corrective exercises for minor impingements, instability, form correction Bodybuilder’s or anyone looking to gain a substantial amount of muscle

What is your favorite exercise?

Barbell Bent Row

What is one thing that makes you real? (i.e. what do you struggle with, what is hard for you, how can you relate to the non-fit/healthy member)

I sincerely have a lot of days where I do not feel like even thinking about a gym. Balancing my schedule leaves me tired most of the time. But from there I figure out if I do need a break or if I just need to push through by asking myself if my goal is as important as I say it is.

Give us your own quote that you lead and/or live by?

You are in charge of your own life, so spend time making it what you want it to be. At the end of the day, you’re in control.

Monday/Wednesday 4-8 Tuesday/Thursday12-8
