LIVESTRONG at the YMCA can help you start to reclaim your mind, body, & spirit. It focuses on you-the whole person-not the disease. This FREE, YMCA-funded program uses traditional exercise methods to ease you back into fitness and help you maintain your healthy weight. 12-week program that will help you build muscle mass, and strength, increase flexibility, and endurance, and lastly improve confidence and self esteem.
