Farewell to Gay H.

Our longtime facilities staff member Gay H. celebrated her last day with the Y. We will miss her smiles, and we wish her well on her next journey!

“My personal trainer, Christine H., has helped me become stronger, more flexible, and more mindful of my body. She plans my workouts, explains the purpose and benefit of each exercise, closely monitors my execution of each exercise, and answers all my questions with grace and intelligence. I hope I have her guiding my workouts for a long time.” – P. WilliamsHear what other members are saying about personal training at the Y:

Contribute to the Y

We believe that lasting personal and social change can only come about when we all work together to invest in our kids, our health and our neighbors. As the leading nonprofit committed to helping everyone thrive at each stage of life, we are uniquely positioned to take on new and long-standing challenges more comprehensively than anyone else.
