Celebrate With the Y!

Annually each May, the YMCA of Austin comes together to show our deep appreciation for the profound impact that our volunteers, invested members, staff, and donors have in delivering our mission every day. Gather ‘Round is coming up soon on Thursday, May 16 from 6 – 9 PM at the Hyatt Regency Austin. During this unforgettable evening, we reflect on the many ways our Y family came together in 2018 to make a positive difference in our community, while recognizing a select few special individuals that went above and beyond to make a lasting impact. This year, our theme is Reflections: A Celebration Through Art. See what to expect and don’t miss out!

  • Mercedez Rex Hands-On Art – If you’re inspired by the artwork in the gallery, you will have an opportunity to get crafty and marble your own scarf or pocket square! Mercedez Rex’s local workshops around Austin are always quick to sell out, so we are THRILLED to have her be a part of our event! Click here to learn more about her work. Free to all attendees, but supplies are limited.
