4 Exercises to Strengthen Your Shoulders

Are you suffering from unbearable shoulder pain? Does it hurt when you reach over to the back seat?

Our shoulders are some of the most used joints, but often most neglected. We push, pull, press, and more every day using our shoulders. This is why working on strengthening our shoulders weekly should be a priority. Twenty years from now you don’t want to be struggling to pick up your grandkids or your grand puppies. Start out with dynamic stretches in the morning and evenings, then progress into doing shoulder exercises with weights two times a week.

Here are some great dynamic stretches and strength exercises for your shoulders. If you want to learn more ask any of our Personal Trainers or ask me. We’re always looking to improve our members’ exercises and lives.

Dynamic Stretches (3 rounds of 20 seconds)

Shoulder Strength  (4 sets of 10 reps, twice a week)
