Triathlon Training
Tri it, you’ll like it! The YMCA of Austin triathlon training seeks to provide an inclusive, encouraging community for anyone wishing to participate in multi-sport. We welcome all levels of fitness, ability and experience and hope to foster a love of triathlon and a commitment to a healthy, active lifestyle. Our goal is to offer triathlon training for all ages and abilities. Whether you are a beginner, interested in tip-toeing into the world of triathlon, or are a seasoned triathlete, Y programs have something to offer. Y triathlon training promotes the benefit of structured, consistent training, paired with the advantages associated with group training.
Triathlon Club
The Triathlon Club enables you to train with a group all year round. Participate in group bike rides, group runs, and open water swims. Coaches are highly experienced and can provide participants individualized workouts. Triathlon Club is open to both men and women – members and nonmembers.
TownLake YMCA - Triathlon Training Club - Mon/Wed/Fri 9-10:30am
Triathlon Training - Women Only
This 10 week training program will prepare women of all ages and abilities for the Danskin Triathlon, held every June. Women can continue training beyond Danskin, with late season programming for the Sweet & Twisted Tri.
