Tai Chi
Tai Chi is one of the oldest forms of exercise on the planet. In fact, some written traditions of Tai Chi date back to over 8,000 years ago.
Our Philosophy
Tai Chi is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching.
To do Tai Chi, students perform a series of postures or movements in a slow, graceful manner. Each posture flows into the next without pausing. Anyone, regardless of age or physical ability, can practice Tai Chi.
Participants will learn to feel invigorated, energized, and balanced from this natural, choreographed flow of wellness. Tai Chi also helps those with arthritis and fibromyalgia who have muscle and joint problems.
