This program helps you prepare for race day in a knowledgeable and encouraging environment, with others who are at a similar level of fitness as you.

This class is for experienced Boot Campers and athletes who have been working out. It is like small group personal training. Very intense. Intermediate to Advanced.
TRX & Kettlebell Fusion Boot Camp
A fusion of two of today's hottest workouts -- suspension training and kettlebell swings, presses and get ups combined to give you the ultimate workout.
The plyometrics routine in P90X aims to increase your speed and explosiveness. This routine is especially useful if you play sports that involve running and turning such as football, basketball and soccer. All the exercises in the plyometrics routine involve some form of jumping or squatting.
Tabata Boot Camp
Revolutionary 6 or 8-week program combines boot camp fitness with the HITT, high intensity interval training. 45 min workouts allow you to get your exercise done in half the time and boost your metabolism to keep burning calories for hours after your workout is over!
Adventure Racing is one of the most popular activities in the country. Thousands of people are running through the woods, climbing walls, swimming rivers and sprinting uphill for personal glory and self-realization. You too, will discover new levels of endurance and strength as you climb, crawl, scream, and growl through our obstacle course and strength and conditioning training programs.

This high intensity interval training class will get you going! Short bursts of physical activity followed by recovery periods really rev up your metabolism and torch calories.
Barre Fit is a one hour full body workout that fuses the best elements of ballet, pilates, sports conditioning and stretching for a truly unique and fun experience. The moves are low impact but high intensity intervals of strength training followed immediately by deep recovery stretching. This regimented routine will evenly sculpt and quickly transform the entire body, resulting in a toned, trim physique.
Y+Fit workouts incorporate multiple different exercises and workout programs in one intense workout. Combining plyometrics, powerlifting, SAQ drills, and interval cardio training into one hour long session, Y+Fit will help push your workouts to the next level.

Weight training doesn't have to be intimidating! For those of you who are new to weight training, or would like to change your routine, check out this program! In this weight training class you will be learning a variety of different lifts and exercises that you will be able to integrate into your personal workout. This class will be a great way to become familiar with the techniques and knowledge needed when lifting weights.
