This small group personal training class is for MEN ONLY. Prepare to take your training to the next level and elevate your workouts with hard core training moves such as olympic lifting, pullups and advanced strength training.
Join us for an hour of relaxtion, rejuventation and rest. Do something good for your body, mind and soul. Wednesdays at 12:00 p.m., $15 for the whole month!
Join jordan on tuesdays and thursdays at 9:30. $20 for 4 weeks of training (8 sessions).
Swift is back! Join Mark, a personal trainer, for a small group personal training class that focuses on speed and improving overall fitness.
Children ages 7-10 years old are welcome to join us for yoga on Saturdays in May! Classes begin May 2nd and are one hour long. Registration is on-line or in person.
Class time is 11:30-12:30, in the group exercise studio. This coordinates with the adult yoga class at the same time!
Members pay $10 for the 4 class session, and non-members pay $20.
