Group Exercise
The YMCA of Austin offers a variety of classes to help you achieve better health, manage stress and lift your spirits. We offer aerobic, non-aerobic, strengthening and mind/body wellness classes to accommodate all your needs. We offer more than 80 Les MillsTM Body Pump and RPM classes, more than 40 Zumba classes, and more than 70 Yoga & Pilates classes. Check out the YMCA nearest you.
Classes are FREE for Y members. Registration not necessary. Guests may visit the Y up to 3 times per year and attend classes, space permitting. Download Guest Pass
