Bootcamps for Fitness
Challenge yourself! Bootcamp is a fun, non-traditional way to get in shape and feel great! Open to all fitness levels from the beginner through advanced. Utilizing resistance training with strength equipment and body weight – along with cardiovascular training – you can get the lean, toned body that you’ve always wanted.
Programs are designed to give you the platform to push yourself and get the significant benefits that you deserve, which means increases in fitness, increases in strength, and decreases in body fat.
Y Fit workouts incorporate multiple different exercises and workout programs in one intense workout. Combining plyometrics, powerlifting, SAQ drills, and interval cardio training into one hour long session, Y Fit will help push your workouts to the next level.
A fusion of two of today's hottest workouts -- suspension training and kettlebell swings, presses and get ups combined to give you the ultimate workout. This training will be taught by one of our certified personal trainers. He/She will be able to tailor the training to your ability, while allowing all of the participants to push themselves.
Youth Y Fit is a method for teaching lifting, plyometrics, and SAQ principles to youth 8-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, Youth Y Fit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children's academic achievement.
