A Matter of Balance
A Matter Of Balance is a fall prevention program to reduce the risk of devastating falls in older adults, and to help seniors develop an active, healthy lifestyle. Classes are free and open to the public!

Powerful Tools for Caregivers
The TownLake YMCA and CaregiverU are teaming up to offer a free program called "Powerful Tools for Caregivers," a self-care education program for family caregivers.
The free classes will meet every Friday at the TownLake YMCA from 11:30am to 1pm, June 29 through August 3.
The Powerful Tools for Caregivers program will provide you with tools and strategies to better handle the unique caregiver challenges you face. The tools learned in the six week series benefit caregivers by helping reduce stress, improve caregiving confidence, establish balance, communicate needs, make tough decisions and locate helpful resources.
Classes are FREE, through a generous grant from St. David’s Foundation and available in Travis, Hays & Williamson counties. Classes are led by trained facilitators.

• Identifying and Reducing Personal Stress l Mastering Caregiving Decisions
• Communicating Feelings, Needs & Concerns l Learning from Emotions
