5K Training Plan is provided below so you can train on your own or with friends! However, there are SO many benefits to training with a group.

Join us for the Fall 2014 YMCA of Austin 0 to 5K (In 40 Days) training program. Everyone welcome!**
Goal event for this training period is 'Run for the Water' on October 26.
