5K Training Plan is provided below so you can train on your own or with friends!

Join us for the Fall 2013 YMCA of Austin Couch-to-5K training program. Everyone welcome!**
Goal event for this training period is 'Run for the Water' on October 27.
Also new this season is a 4-week 'extension' training* to prepare participants for
the Thanksgiving Turkey Trot 5-miler!
